Ich suche einen Nachmieter für diese super teilmöblierte Wohnung mit schönem Schnitt und Terassenzugang zu einem grünen Innenhof. Die Küche (inlusive Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, Grill) ist Teil der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr angenehme Fußbodenheizung.
Ein Kellerabteil ist natuerlich auch dabei.
Besichtigung nach Absprache.
Die Wohung befindet sich direkt in Neuhausen/Maxvorstadt am Leonrodplatz. Man ist in 2min bei der Tram (Linien 20/21/21 und Bus 58) sowie in 10min beim Rotkreuplatz (U2/U7). Tengelmann, Rossmann und Penny sind direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite. Mit der Tram, die alle 5min faehrt, ist man in 8min am Hauptbahnhof und in 10min am Stacchus.
Für die Einrichtung (Gardine, Lampen, Schrank, Tisch, Stühle, Bett), die ich größtenteils in der Wohnung lassen möchte, entsteht eine Abstandszahlung von 450 Euro.
Der Vermieter sieht einen beidseitigen Kündigungsverzicht von 2 Jahren vor.
