- Apartment is available from approx. mid-May (+/-15 days flexibility)
- On 18 months it should be rented first, with quite high (90%) option on unlimited extension if everything fits in the period
- 33qm
- 1.100€ all inclusive (Internet, electricity, gas etc.)
- If an additional cost should be paid, this would have to be charged separately
- Fully furnished (bed, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen, table, dishes, washing machine, spühlma rail etc.). All furniture in top condition
- Kitchen is separate and relatively new
- Super location and quiet, 1 minute from the Red Cross Square

ich vermiete meine Wohnung zunächst befristet. Wenn jedoch alles gut passt, ist eine Verlängerung auf unbefristete Zeit sehr wahrscheinlich.

Anbei ein paar Eckdaten:

- Wohnung is ab ca. mitte Mai (+/-15 Tage Flexibilität) verfügbar

- Küche ist separat und relativ neu
