Vermiete im genannten Zeitraum für 800€ warm ein 1-Zimmer Appartement in München, Neuhausen, nähe Leonrodplatz. Die Lage ist gut, mit Fahrrad oder Tram erreicht man die Wiesn in 10-15 Minuten. Alle Geschäfte/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den alltäglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung. Die Bewohnerin sollte ordentlich und sauber und vor allem ruhig sein. Großartig Party machen ist in der Wohnung ist leider nicht möglich (im Wohnhaus sind empfindliche Nachbarn) Daher wäre eine Wiesenbedienung oder sonstiges Wiesnpersonal erwünscht, welches die Wohnung hauptsächlich zum schlafen nutzt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Bad (2m2), einer kleinen Küche (3m2) und einem 25 m2 Schlaf/Wohnraum mit einem 100cm breitem Stockbett.
