da ich mit meiner Freundin eine gemeinsame Wohnung beziehe muss ich leider meine derzeitige Wohnung aufgeben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in eine ruhigen Seitenstrasse in der nähe des Rotkreuzplatz.Der Rotkreuzplatz ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leicht erreichbar.
Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Küche, Flur, Bad mit Badewann, Wohn und Schlafraum, Balkon und Kellerabteil.
Das Haus hat einen Aufzug und einen Gemeinschaftswaschraum. Da ich nicht alle Möbel mitnehmen kann, müsste mein Nachmieter ein paar Möbel übernehmen:
- Esstisch (auch als Schreibtisch nutzbar)
- Bett
- Gardinenstange
- Deckenleuchten
- Ablagen
- Wohnzimmertisch
Alles in allem würde das ca. €1000 kosten.
