i'm renting my compact zen like 1-bedroom apartement, in neuhausen, between olympia park and nymphenburg schloss.
during the weekends, oktoberfest, and other events.

leonrodstr. 69,
take tram 20/21 from the central station, north side (on the dachauerstr.) direction mosach/feldmoching.
stop after 4 stops at leonrodpl. and walk 4 min on the leonrodstr.
on the ground floor there's a pharmacy, so you cant miss it.
another tram/bus stop is right across the street, bus 53 and tram 12 going to schwabing/münchener freiheit/scheidpl. and to rotkreuzpl. towards the nymphenburg schloss.
there are plenty of restaurants ( greek, italian, indian, chinese, arabic ) , biosupermarket and supermarket and a small greek grocery shop right around the corner.

hauptbahnhof - tram 20/21 4 stops, 8-10 min
stachus - tram 20/21, 5 stops, 11 min ( munich old center-walk to marienpl. in max 10 min)
olympia park, walking distance 6-10 min
nymphenburg schloss - tram 12, until rotkreuzpl. then walk or take tram 16....3 stops.
schwabing/münchener freiheit/englische gartens with bus 53, 13 min.

one futon for 2, plus extra matress, sheets and towels included,
table and comfortable chairs.
balcony where you can sit out and have breakfast.
fully equipped kitchenette, with coffee machine, espresso moka, (coffee included), mixer, wine glases, tee lights....
nice square bathroom with big enough bath-tub.
extra bike use possible, two women bikes one men bike.
