The apartment is centrally located in zone 1 which is the first residential area that surrounds the city center. The underground rail is 7 minutes by foot and the city tram which goes directly downtown is 2 minutes around the block!
The studio is 1 room with a separate kitchen and separate bathoom. The kitchen is lightly equipped to cook and remarkably, the bathroom is full size. It comes fully furnished with large bed (160cm x 180cm).
A grocery market is on the block and restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and other shops are just a few minutes in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and the residents are courteous.
