Hallo,
ich vermiete meine Wohnung über das Oktoberfest. Es handelt sich um eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Tram 20/21 (Station Olympia Park West, fährt die ganze Nacht) ist 5 Gehmin entfernt und U1 (Station Gern) ca. 10 Gehmin. Beim Oktoberfest seit Ihr in ca. 15-20 min mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Die Wohnung hat eine seperate abgetrennte Küchenzeile, die sich im Eingangsbereich befindet, von dort aus geht dann das Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne, WC und Waschbecken ab und das Schlaf/Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Ich habe ein großes Schlafsofa, was ausgezogen 1,40 m breit ist und ein Bett, was ebenfalls 1,40 m breit ist. Optimal für 4 Personen, auf Anfrage kann auch noch eine 5. Person für 50 Euro extra dazukommen.
Der Preis beträgt zwischen 250 und 300 Euro pro Nacht.
