Meine kleine 1-Zimmer-whg möchte ich für einen gewissen zeitraum untervermieten Ob nur ein halbes oder ein Jahr ist erstmal egal - je nachdem wie ich was neues finde....
Badezimmer und Küche sind in seperaten Räumen. Im Flur ist ein Wandschrank (also ich hab es als kleiderschrank benutzt und kam ganz gut mit klar)
Vom Wohnzimmer geht ein Balkon ab, der in den ruhigen Hinterhof führt.
Die Woohnung wird wohl teilmöbliert vermietet.
Kann man alles miteinander absprechen, je nach dem was benötigt wird.
Direkt über dem wunderbarem Burgerlader (Hans im Glück) und somit auch direkt über der U Bahn Maillinger Straße. Also 2 Stationen zum Hbf oder auch 15 min zur wiesn :P
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es eigentlich alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung (Lidl, Rewe, Basic, ital.Supermarkt 3 Apotheken und ein Ärtztehaus)
