Ich suche kurzfristig eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für mein sehr schönes, helles 1-Zimmer-Apartment zum 1. Oktober.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock Richtung Ost-Süd, hat einen Balkon, Laminatboden, eine Einbauküche und ist sehr gepflegt.
Bedingung ist, dass die Wohnung bei Einzug vom jeweiligen Nachmieter gestrichen wird, bzw. ein Einverständnis darüber besteht, dass die Renovierung so wie sie ist, in Ordnung ist.
(es wurde erst im Februar 2012 gestrichen).
Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett, Geschäfte jeglicher Art und einen Waschsalon gibt es direkt in der Nachbarschaft.
Die Tram 21/22 und der Olympiapark sind 3 Minuten entfernt.
