Da ich kurzfristig aus München weg muss, suche ich meine kleine, sehr gemütliche 1,5 Zimmer-Wohnung (ca 30qm) in der Elvirastrasse in München Neuhausen ab sofort einen Zwischenmieter.
Ich bin dort noch bis zum 31.3. als Untermieter drin, die Wohnung ist vom Hauptmieter bereits beim Vermieter zu Ende März gekündigt.
Du hättest evtl. gute Karten, die Wohnung im Anschluß ganz zu übernehmen, jedoch müsstest du dann selbst zum Vermieter Kontakt aufnehmen, er schein aber recht unkompliziert zu sein.
5. Stock, sehr hell und ruhig, mit großer Glasfront und sonnigem Balkon.
Die Wohnugn liegt super in Neuhausen / bei der Blutenburgstrasse.
U-Bahn Maillingerstrasse (U1)/ S-Bahn Donnersbergerbrücke und die Tram sind in Laufnähe.
in 5 min ist man am Hauptbahnhof und am Rotkreuzplatz.
Coole Gegend mit Bars und Restaurants, Lidl, Rewe, Biomarkt, Apotheke, Tankstelle etc. alles in Laufnähe.
