In der Wohnung ist es relativ ruhig.
In der Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nette Restaurants.
Zum HBF sind es 2 U-Bahnstationen, zum Rotkreuzplatz eine Station. Zur Uni sind es mit Fahrrad oder U-Bahn ca. 15 min.
