Hallo Tauschwillige!
Wir möchte unsere wunderbare 1-Zi-Whg nähe Rotkreuzplatz in München gerne gegen eine kleine Wohnung in Berlin tauschen.
Der Wohnraum ist hell, es gibt einen großen Balkon, ein schönes Bad, Diele und eine abgetrennte Küche. Da sich die Wohnung nach Süden in den schönen, grünen Innenhof orientiert, ist es angenehm ruhig, trotzdem ist die Wohnung sowohl mit PKW als auch mit ÖPNV super angebunden.
Die Lage ist top, zur Ubahn-Haltestelle Rotkreuzplatz sind es 5 Minuten, die Tram- und Bushaltestelle Albrechtstraße ist noch näher. Alles was man braucht, gibts um's Eck.
Wir freuen uns über Vorschläge zum Tausch am besten gegen 1-2 Zimmer in Berlin, erschwinglich, mit Balkon/Terrasse und gut angebunden. Zuschriften ohne Tauschvorschlag kommen für uns leider momentan nicht in Frage.
