I live in the apartment the whole year before i was transfer to USA for a project work and i leave my furniture (cooking utensils, dishes, dust cleaners, lamps, cupboards, etc., further in agreement) for your use.
The apartment consists of a short corridor with kitchenette, a small bathroom and the room. There is a single bed, a desk, a cupboard, a shelf, etc. (see photos) and a large window that illuminates the room well. There are two radiators, rooms and bathroom, available, which can heat the premises well. On the ground floor are the public washing machines (4 x 50 ct) and dryers (2 x 50 ct). In the courtyard there is a secure and locked off possibility to turn off a bicycle.
You can also use the 25Mbit internet.
The apartment is located near the Olympic Park. Not so interesting at this time of the year as in the summer, but on a sunny day the Olympic mountain is worth a walk. Especially at sunset.
Four minutes' walk away is the station Leonrodplatz. The main station is about 15 minutes by tram, so very central. Penny is 5 minutes away, Edeka 2 minutes walk.
The rental period and the price are negotiable..
I am looking for a trustworthy temporary tenant, to whom I can hand over my kingdom and also receive it in an acceptable condition.
I was not be able to take many personal items with me (eg my bookshelf) and therefore attach great importance to keeping everything as it is.
