Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich vermiete ab sofort meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung am Rotkreuzplatz (U1) unter.
Das Highlight: Ein Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof, auf dem man von morgens bis abends 17 Uhr Sonne hat.
Die Küche wurde vor wenigen Monaten neu eingebaut und ist sehr klein – reicht aber für eine Person aus. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne. Einbauschränke, Möbel sowie ein WLAN-Anschluss sind vorhanden und können mit Sorgfalt genutzt werden. Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine ist im Keller.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung erstmal für ein knappes halbes Jahr unter – evtl. aber auch länger.

Rotkreuzplatz (U-Bahn-Linie 1, drei Stationen bis HBF)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (DM, Edeka, Bioladen, Penny, Galeria Kaufhof) sind alle in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ich möchte das Ganze so unkompliziert und unbürokratisch, aber so korrekt wie möglich halten.
Deshalb erzähle in Deiner Anfrage bitte auch bisschen was über Dich: Was machst Du gerne, warum suchst Du in München eine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete, wie wohnst Du sonst?
