Hallo Zusammen,
Ich bin 4 Wochen im Urlaub und biete meine 1-Zimmerwohnung während dieser Zeit an. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Hirschgarten. Haltstelle Hirschgarten an der Stammstrecke ist in etwa 10 min Laufdistanz, mit der Bahn sind es etwa 5 min zum HBF/Marienplatz.
Das Haus ist 4 Jahre alt und liegt in einem beruhigten Familienviertel
Die Wohnung hat ein Südbalkon welcher fast den kompletten Tag über Sonne abbekommt.
Der Balkon geht in einen Innenhof von einem Kindergarten. Während ich es angenehm finde die spielenden Kinder auch im Home Office zu hören, ist es dadurch unter der Woche draußen lauter. Bei geschlossenen Fenster hört man sie jedoch kaum.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet inklusive Wlan, Küchenutensilien, Fernseher etc.
Des weiteren leben 4 Pflanzen in der Wohnung, die sich über Wasser in meiner Abwesenheit freuen würden.
I am 4 weeks on vacation and am offering my 1-room apartment during this time. The apartment is directly at the Hirschgarten parque. The station Hirschgarten is about 10 min to walk. With the public transport from there, it is about 5 min to the Main Station and Marienplatz. The house is 4 years old and is located in a quiet family area. The apartment has a southward facing balcony.
The balcony goes to courtyard of a Kindergarten. While I like the sound of playing kids during home office, this means that it is louder under the week. However, when the windows are closed the kids are barely audible.
The apartment is completely equipped with Wifi, cooking utensils, TV etc.
There are 4 plants living in the apartment and they would be happy to get some attention and water during my abscense.
