Ich bitte hier meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung für 9 Monate zur Zwischenmiete an, also vom 01.12.2021-01.09.2022.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert. Sie bietet einen großzügigen Balkon, eine kleine Einbauküche mit Induktionsherd und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne (und integrierter Dusche).
Die Möblierung umfasst alle Möbel auf den Bildern bis auf das Klavier. Außerdem wurde der offene Holzschrank durch einen offenes Regal ersetzt.
In den Nebenkosten sind alle Kosten der Wohnung enthalten, auch Internet und GEZ-Gebühren.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 5 Gehminuten vom Rotkreuzplatz entfernt (U-Bahnlinie U1/U7). Das heißt, alle Geschäfte die man im Alltag benötigt sind nur maximal 5 Minuten entfernt: Dm, Penny, Edeka, Galeria Kaufhof, Alnatura, diverse Apotheken und natürlich eine Vielzahl an guten Restaurants.
Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Am Rotkreuzplatz befinden sich neben der U-Bahnlinie auch eine Tram- und Bushaltestelle. Ab Rotkreuzplatz sind es z.B. nur knapp 6 Minuten mit der U-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof.
