ich biete meine Wohnung zur Untermiete an verantwortungsbewusste und ordentliche Menschen an!
Sie wurde erst vor 4 Jahren komplett saniert und ist mir sehr wertvoll.
Zu beachten wäre, dass ihr mir meine Post aufheben müsstet.
Beim Auszugsdatum bin ich durchaus flexibel, allerdings kann ich sie nicht länger als bis Mitte Dezember vermieten (in diesem Fall kostet sie für das Monat natürlich nur die Hälfte).
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, dann meldet euch doch einfach bei mir :)!
Meine Wohnung liegt direkt an der UBahn- und Tramhaltestelle Wettersteinplatz und hat somit eine sehr zentrale Lage (In nur 6 min ist man in der Innenstadt). Das Zimmer und somit auch der Balkon sind zum Innenhof gerichtet.
Leider befindet sich keine Waschmaschine im Haus.
Internet ist vorhanden (DSL S von O2).
