Hallo hallo,
vermiete mein kleines 1-Zimmer Appartment in der Chiemgaustrasse ab Montag 4.1. bis Ende April (kann auch monatsweise gemietet werden, min. 1 Monat) an eine Frau.
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich gut angebunden, nur 2 Min. von der Strassenbahn entfernt ,und zum Giesinger Bahnhof ( U & S Bahn) sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten.
Auch ganz in der Nähe sind die gängigen Supermärkte (Nicht mal 5 Min entfernt).
Ausser einem Bett und einem Tisch steht momentan nichts weiteres in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat eine Küchenzeile, Badezimmer und einen kleinen Balkon. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, allerdings eine Waschküche im Keller und einen Waschsalon um die Ecke.
Das Apartment ist am besten für Leute geeignet die schnell und unkompliziert was zur Zwischenmiete suchen, und auch nicht so grosse Ansprüche stellen, denn das Apartment ist winzig.
Ich selbst mache gerade ein Praktikum im Ausland und komme erst im Mai wieder.
Da ich selbst ausländische Wurzeln habe, möchte ich vor allem Frauen mit weniger Chancen auf dem Münchener Wohnungsmarkt eine Chance geben.

21 sq m appartment to rent from 4th of january ( Monday) till 30th of april in Obergiesing.
The apartment has a bed and a table in it, bathroom and a kitchenette. No washing machine, but a launderette around the corner. It is very tiny but practical for those who are in search of a "real" flat to rent .And I only rent to females.
