Hallo, ich vermiete meine 1,5-Zimmer Wohnung vom 15.08.17 bis zum 15.11.17 (Option auf früheren Einzug und Verlängerung).
Die Wohnung besitzt eine geräumige Küche, ein Schlafzimmer, kleines Bad und ein ganz kleines Zimmer.
Da ich derzeit in einer anderen Stadt studiere, aber ab und zu in München bin, würde ich das kleine Zimmer gelegentlich zum Übernachten nutzen. (ca. 1-2 mal im Monat).
Die meiste Zeit wäre die Wohnung aber frei verfügbar (ohne das kleine Zimmer)- sozusagen eine "Teilweise-WG" :-)
Die Küche und das Bad sind möbliert, DEIN Schlafzimmer ist UNMÖBLIERT :-)
Miete beträgt insgesamt 520,20 € warm.
