Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet, für meine Möbel (Einbauküche inkl. Doppelkochplatte, Kühlschrank, Mini-Backofen / Waschmaschine / 1,40m x 2,20m Bett / Nachttisch / Schrank / TV Tisch / Regal) ist eine einmalige Zahlung von 1000€ (VB) zu leisten. Fernseher, Gartentisch und Stühle können auf Wunsch ebenfalls übernommen werden.

Die Wohnung ist unmittelbar am St. Quirin Platz (U1) in einer Seitenstraße der belebten Tegernseer Landstraße gelegen.
Mit der U1 sind es 8 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof (lt. Google Maps)
Der St. Quirin Park bietet eine ideale Joggingstrecke (entlang des FC Bayern Vereinsheims - ca. 200m Luftlinie)
In der unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich ein Schwimmbad ein Mc Fit sowie Norma, Rewe und Edeka.
Die Möbel sind in jedem Fall abzulösen, bitte nur Kontaktanfragen per Mail
