- 5 Minuten zur U2 (Untersbergstraße)
- 10-15 Minuten zum Supermarkt (Norma, Edeka, Rewe).
Das Zimmer wird ab 01.09.2018 frei. Das Zimmer wird nur an Nichtraucher vergeben.
Im Zimmer ist eine Küche sowie eine Dusche integriert. Die Toilette befindet sich in einem Vorzimmer, die ich mir mit "3 Mitbewohnern" teile. Die Toilette wird von einer Putzfrima jeden Morgen geputzt. Zu den 520,00€ fallen keine weiteren Kosten an. Die Wohnung hat einen eignen Eingang.
