Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung Obergiesing, nähe St. Martins Platz.
Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Balkon mit Blick zum Innenhof und Sonne von mittags bis abends. Da die Wohnung zum Innenhof liegt, ist sie sehr ruhig.
Die Küche, sowie die Marquise und Innen-Jalousine müssen mit 2000 Euro abgelöst werden.
Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Kellerabteil und im Keller befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine. Sie kostet 2 Euro pro Waschgang.
Ein Fahrradschuppen befindet sich im Innenhof.
Die S-Bahn St. Martins Straße ist zu Fuß in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Die U-bahn Silberhornstraße in 10 und die Straßenbahn 18 in 2 Minuten.
Edeka ist fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar.
Besichtigungstermin wird mit dem Vermieter unter der Woche stattfinden.
