The apartment is modern and fully furnished, so you can only move in with your personal luggage. It is ideal for students as well as professionals looking for an interim rental.
The house is very quiet and therefore an ideal retreat for studying and working from home. The city center can be reached in 10-12 minutes by metro. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet and sink with mirror cabinet. In the living room there is a large table with three chairs, Smart TV, a wardrobe and a box spring bed. There is an elevator and a bicycle parking space. The building itself is surrounded by ice cream parlors, hotels, several hair salons and good shopping facilities with 2 Rewe branches, each of which can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.
Super close to downtown. Sendlinger Tor can be reached 12 minutes by underground and the main train station (5 minutes to Theresienwiese/Wiesen) with a direct underground connection in 13 minutes.
From Sendlinger Tor you can get everywhere quickly by subway There. Various supermarkets such as Edeka, Rewe, Netto, DM etc. can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot. Here you can basically do without your own car and complete all trips through the very good public transport network comfortably.
For McFit members, your gym is 5 minutes away.
For football lovers, the Säbener Straße (training ground FC Bayern) is a 10-12 minute walk away.

The apartment can only be used by a single person. Pets are not allowed, The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. A temporary rental is possible until the end of May, as the apartment will then be used privately.
