It is a student dorm in Oberschleißheim. It is a four room apartment. You will share the bathroom and kitchen with 3 more international student. There is a big common room for holding party, piano room for practices if you need (free to use), and washing and drying room (cost 1 euro each time) ,
It is located in Oberschleißheim. 15 mins walk from the S-Bahn station and 5 mins walk from the nearest bus stop. The environment is good, quiet and peaceful.
For transportation: Within 5 mins walk, you can reach the bus stop for 292, which can take you to TUM Garching campus; or to the S-Bahn Oberschließheim station. It is not perfect, but good for students studying in Garching (about 20-30 mins). If you need to go to main campus, you can take the S-bahn and switch to U-bahn at Feldmoching (about 40 mins).
If you have a car, you can park it just outside the dorm for free.
Internet, electricity and heat: Since it is a dorm, they are included.
