Voraussetzung ist, dass du Student bist. Ich ziehe zum 1.3. aus. Komme aber vor dem 31.3. nicht aus dem Mietvertrag, weshalb ich das Zimmer gerne noch für diese Zeit untervermieten möchte. Im Zimmer gibt es Schreibtisch, Bett mit Matratze und Regale.
Das Hochhaus wurde 2012 komplett saniert.
Lage: Sehr günstig an der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Olympiazentrum U3. In den Ladenpassagen direkt vor dem Hochhaus gibt es alle möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zwei Haltestellen weiter befindet sich ohnehin das Olympia-Einkaufszentrum.
Besichtigung gerne am Sonntag, dem 23.2. zwischen 15 und 17 Uhr.
