Da ich über Weihnachten und Neujahr verreise vermiete ich meine gemütliche Wohnung in München Pasing vom 25.12.2013 - 01.01.2014.
Die Wohnung ist 27qm groß und hat zudem eine 27qm große Dachterasse(Südseite)in Pasing.
Bei klarem Wetter hat man eine Sicht auf das komplette Alpenmassiv.
Es handelt sich um eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit seperater Küche.
Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Flachbildfernseher, Couch, Regal, DSL etc. ist alles vorhanden.
Ich wohne im 5.ten Stock, jedoch gibt es einen Aufzug.
Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller und kosten 2€ pro Nutzung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, da Sie der Straße abgewandt ist.
Die Verkehrsanbingung ist sehr gut. Busse sind in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar mit denen man schnell zur S-Bahn (Pasing oder Laim) oder U-Bahn (Laimer Platz) gelangt. Man braucht etwa 15-20 Min. in die Innenstadt.
Auch Parkplätze finden sich immer vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (wie Aldi, Lidl, Netto oder Tengelmann) sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Für Notfälle gibts immernoch die Tanke nebenan. :)
