In meinem kleinen Häuschen in Pasing, Maierhofstraße 9 ist die obere Wohnung frei.
Ich wohne im Erdgeschoss und vermiete im OG das „Wohnzimmer“ + große gemütliche Küche + Bad (mit Badewanne und Waschmaschinenanschluss).
Das kleine (im Grundriss gestrichelte) Zimmer bleibt erst mal mein store-room – wohnen wirst Du oben aber allein.
Miete möchte ich 750 Euro inkl. allem, Vertrag ist aber erst mal befristet auf 6 Monate.
