I am going to be in Turkey for Christmas from 25 December to 9 January. I want to sublet my apartment. It's a studio apartment in the center of Obermenzing. The apartment is new and well cared. Private washing machine is available in the apartment. Also, there is an electrical oven. It's easy to heat up the apartment. You don't need to worry about that issue in the cold weathers of winter. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. There are multiple markets nearby. The closest one is Netto which is 1-2 minutes by walking. Also there are Penny and Edeka on Verdistr. If you like walking, there are great parks in the neighborhood. Moreover, you have a lot of dining options. Biergarten, Italian restaurants, Bakeries, Cafes and some other options are available. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. Depending on the conditions, I can negotiate about the price of the apartment.

On Verdistr., Schloss Blutenburg and under Sbahn satation there are few buses you can take. Also Sbahn is 1.3 km from the house. It has the same distance for Untermenzing and Obermenzing stations.
