Hallo,
ich suche einen neuen Nachmieter/in für meine helle 1 Zimmer-Wohnung in Putzbrunn (südöstlich von MÜ, in der Nähe von Ottobrunn). Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Mehrparteienhaus, besitzt eine schöne, kleine und relativ neue EBK (mit 2 Platten Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank etc.), einen relativ großen Süd-Ost-Balkon, TG-Stellplatz, Kellerabteil, Laminatboden, Bad mit Wanne, Münzwaschmaschinen + Trockner im UG. Fast direkt vor der Haustür gibt es eine Bushaltestelle (Busse fahren zu U-Bahnstation Neuperlach, Ottobrunn etc.). Auch Bäcker, Supermarkt, Friseur etc. sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung kostet 350 Euro kalt plus 80 Euro Nebenkosten (3 MM Kaution) und ist frei ab 01. März 2013.
