Studio for students in Giesing! Studio für Studenten in Giesing!

I leave my top 1 bedroom apartment in Giesing! The whole building is meant for students. This means a very pleasant mix between parties in the common room (of course with kicker)/social neighbors with whom I was often on Sundays and time in rest for myself.

The apartment:
- bright and big enough for a person
- functional kitchen with microwave, 2 hobs and my electric oven (which remains in the apartment). I like to cook and leave plates, cutlery and other cooking dishes in the apartment. Unfortunately no dishwasher ;)
- modern bathroom
- fully furnished with bed, mattress and bed linen. We can prepare price later.
- beautiful balcony, "pimpt" with umbrella, artificial grass etc.
- wi-fi socket (but not included)
- floor heating
- safe bicycle parking in the garage and not-so-safe bicycle parking in the courtyard
- Common room with kicker, sofas and free wifi
- small basement compartment

Ich verlasse meine top 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Giesing! Das ganze Gebäude ist für Studierende gemeint. Das bedeutet eine sehr angenehme Mischung zwischen Parties im Gemeinraum (natürlich mit Kicker)/soziale Nachbarn mit denen ich oft Sonntags unterwegs war und Zeit in ruhe für sich selbst.

Die Wohnung:
- hell und groß genug für eine Person
- funktionsfähige Küche mit Mikrowelle, 2 Herdplatten und meinem elektrischen Backoffen (der in der Wohnung bleibt). Ich koche gern und lasse noch Teller, Besteck und sonstige koch-Sachen in der Wohnung. Leider kein Geschirr-spüler ;)
- modernes Badezimmer
- vollmöbliert mit Bett, Matratze und Bettwäsche. Preis können wir später erarbeiten.
- schöner Balkon, ge-"pimpt" mit Sonnenschirm, Kunstrasen usw.
- wi-fi Steckdose (abo nicht inkludiert)
- Bodenheizung
- sichere Fahrradparkplatz in der Garage und not-so-sichere Fahrradparkplätze im Innenhof
- Gemeinraum mit Kicker, Sofas und kostenloses Wifi
- kleiner Kellerabteil
