In der Wohung ist ein großer Kleiderschrank vorhanden und es besteht Möglichkeit zum günstigen Abkauf von Sofabett, Regal, Beistelltisch, TV, etc für 600€. Diese Ablöse is jedoch kein Zwang. Lidl ist in 5 min zu erreichen. Ruhige Gegend. Natürlich provisionsfrei.

Inside the living-room there's already a wardrobe and we offer additionally the possibility to buy some furniture (sofabed, shelves, tv, coffee-table and others for 600€ in total, but it's not mandatory). Lidl is 5 min away. The area is quiet. This offer is without commissions. No students.
