Ein sehr helles und liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer in München.
Blick ins Grüne. Mehrere Parks und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (REWE , Penny Markt, Lidl, Edeka - max. ca. 500m entfernt).
Bäckerei direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung ist ca. 3km von Marienplatz entfernt. Der Bus (Linie 145) hält direkt vor der Tür. 10 min bis zum Ostbahnhof. Von dort aus kann man mit jede S-Bahn weiterfahren. Die U2 und S7, S3 ist ca. 700m entfernt und kann zu Fuß erreicht werden.
(Zum Theresienwiese: Mit dem Bus zum Ostbahnhof und dann mit der U5 zu Theresienwiese. (Bus fährt alle 10 min. Nachtbus ab Mitternacht fährt alle Stunde.)
Sie hat eine kleine Einbauküche, die alles hat, was man braucht, um zu leben: Kühlschrank, Kochplatte, Ofen. Eigenes Bad und Dusche.
Das Gebäude an sich ist etwas älter, aber die Ausstattungen der Wohnung sind neu. Das Sofabett ist 1,8m x 2m breit mit Topper. Es können auch zwei Personen im Zimmer schlafen.
Wohnung kann in dem Zeitraum nach Absprache auch zusätzlich bis Ende Mai 2018 vermietet werden.

A very bright and lovingly furnished room in Munich.
Several parks and shopping possibilities nearby (REWE, Penny market, Lidl, Edeka - max. About 500m away).
Bakery just a few steps away. The apartment is about 3km from Marienplatz away (city center).
The building itself is a bit older, but the furnishers are new. The sofa bed is 1,8m x 2m wide with topper.
Giesing is a quite but central area in Munich. Marienplatz, train station, Isartor and many attraction in the city center can be reached within 20 min by public transportation and just 30min by foot.
The subway line U2 and intecity line S7, S3 is app. 700m (0,5 miles) away and can be reached by foot in 7-10min. The bus (line 145) stops in front of the door. 10 min to the Ostbahnhof. From there you can catch even more busses, subway and S-Bahn (intercity railway) taking you to many places within munich.
The apartment can be rented up to three month (from beginning of March till end of May 2018)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Giesing. Ein eher ruhiges Viertel, allerdings doch recht zentral. Marienplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Isartor etc. kann man in ca. 20 min mit dem Bus/ mit der S- oder U-Bahn erreichen. Zu Fuß würde es ca. 30 min dauern.
