Ich biete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung am Karl-Preis-Platz ab sofort zur Untermiete für 3 Wochen an. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gemütlich, mit separater Küche und Bad, die beide komplett ausgestattet sind, Außerdem lasse ich noch mein Doppelbett, den Kleiderschrank sowie die gemütliche Couch im Schlafzimmer. Alltagsgegenstände wie Töpfe, Geschirr etc. würde ich natürlich auch da lassen! Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich außerdem Einbauschrank, in dem sich zusätzlich vieles verstauen lässt.

I am subletting my apartment for 3 weeks. The apartment is fully furnished, with a bed, couch and a closet supplies. Kitchen and bathroom are also fully equipped and ready to use.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Ottobrunnerstraße, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Karl-Preis-Platz entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustüre, von dort aus sind es nur wenige Stationen bis zum Ostbahnhof. Mit dem Fahrrad hat man es außerdem nicht weit bis nach Neuperlach oder ist in 10 Minuten in Haidhausen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Supermärkte, Bäcker und Apotheken.

The apartment is located just a few minutes from Karl-Preis-Platz, the bus stop is also right across the street. You can reach beautiful spots like Haidhausen or Neuperlach in a few minutes.
Da mir eine potentielle Nachmieterin abgesagt hat, steht die Wohnung ab sofort frei. Bitte nur melden, wenn ihr wirklich schon ab dem 15.4. eine Wohnung sucht.
Falls ihr gerne in München oder in der Wohnung bleiben möchtet, könntet ihr den Mietvertrag auch gerne langfristig übernehmen. Dann schlage ich euch dem Vermieter vor.
Bei Interesse an der Wohnung schickt mir einfach eine kurze Nachricht mit den wichtigsten Infos zu eurer Person und was ihr so macht. Besichtigungstermine könnten dieses Wochenende (13.+14.4.) durchgeführt werden.
