Das Appartement verfügt über einen Einbauschrank, eine Küchenzeile, ein paar Sitzmöbel und einen Schreibtisch. Der Teppichboden ist leider nicht mehr taufrisch und die Decke bräuchte Farbe. Über den Mietpreis ließe sich reden, wenn sich jemand mit der Renovierung der Wohnung beschäftigen möchte. Mindestens muss für mich das Hausgeld rausspringen.
