I am looking for a sub-rent for my apartment.

The idea is that you can live in the apartment under the week.

I am very rare and on weekend/single from Thursdays in Munich.

I'm important to have access to my apartment when I'm here and have a way to sleep.

In the optimal case, you are a commuter and just need a sleeping place in Munich for work.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. You don't need towels, bed linen, no dishes. Just you and your suitcase with clothes.

Okay, you can fill the fridge yourself, ;)

ich suche eine/n Untermieter/in für meine Wohnung.

Die Idee ist es, dass du unter der Woche in der Wohnung wohnen kannst.

Ich bin nur sehr selten und am Wochenende/vereinzelnt ab donnerstags in München.

Mir ist wichtig zu meiner Wohnung Zugang zu haben, wenn ich da bin und eine Möglichkeit zum Schlafen zu haben.

Im Optimalfall bist du Pendler/in und brauchst nur einen Schlafplatz in München für die Arbeit.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Du brauchst keine Handtücher, keine Bettwäsche, kein Geschirr. Nur dich und deinen Koffer mit Kleidung.

Ok, den Kühlschrank darfst du dir selbst befüllen, ;)
