Ich vermiete meine 30m² Wohnung in München Schwabing. Sie ist ideal für Studenten, da sie direkt an der U6(Nordfriedhof --> 4 Stationen zur Uni) gelegen ist.
1 Zimmer mit Kochnische, Bad mit Dusche und WC, Balkon. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert (Schlafsofa, Schränke, Tisch, etc.), die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Spüle, Geschirr...)
U6 Haltestelle Nordfriedhof direkt vor der Haustür. Englischer Garten, Supermarkt, Sparkasse, Ungererbad... alles was man zum Leben braucht um die Ecke! Münchner Freiheit mit Kneipen und Restaurants 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Miete beträgt 650 Euro warm. (Strom kostet nochmal ca. 30 Euro monatlich, je nachdem wie viel du verbrauchst).
Zu vermieten ab dem 1.9.14, für ein halbes Jahr. Wenn du länger bleiben möchtest ist das auch möglich. Würden dann einfach einen neuen Vertrag machen. Bin da flexibel. Die Kaution beträgt 600 Euro.
Ich studiere gerade in Wien und komme diesen Samstag und Sonntag (30./31.8.) nach München zwecks Besichtigung. Würde dir dann am Sonntag Abend bevor ich wieder nach Wien fahre gleich den Schlüssel übergeben und den Mietvertrag fertig machen, etc. Ich halte nichts von Massenbesichtigungen, sei daher bitte pünktlich, bzw. sage rechtzeitig Bescheid, falls dir was dazwischen kommt. Hello, I´m renting my 30m² flat in munich Schwabing from the first of september until the end of February. If you prefer to stay longer we can make a new contract then, no problem. Perfect for erasmus students. Only 10 minutes from LMU. The flat is fully furnished and has a kitchen, a bathroom and a small balcony. The rent is 650Euro +~30 Euro for Electricity. (deposit is 600€)
You can visit the Flat next saturday (30.8.) and sunday (31.8.)
