Hey,
let me introduce my room in English, but don't hesitate to contact me in German as well. As I am going abroad during a semester break, my room will be free (the price 400€ is for whole period in total)

It's a nice new building and even nicer room. I have a single apartment with own bathroom and small kitchen (with all the equipment like plates etc). Basically everything is in the room (also fast internet).
The room is located in Kieferngarten. The bus stop is right next to the building, which goes directly to ubahn station.
You can also get to ubahn station on foot, however it takes 10-15 minutes, so by bus is just quicker.
There are also good shopping possibilities - 100m from the building there is Aldi.
If you want to do sports, Englishen Garten is only 500m away.
