Hi,
I'm renting the room in Kieferngarten till the end of September. As I'm leaving Munich at the end of July, I want to sublet my room for the last two months. The rent is 370€ per month which includes everything.
The room is owned by Studentenwerk and they require that tenants to be students.
So please make sure that you have some kind of student id (from any university).

It's a nice new building and even nicer room. I have a single apartment with own bathroom and small kitchen. Internet is in the room.
The room is located in Kieferngarten. The bus stop is right next to the building, which goes directly to ubahn station Studentenstadt. Bus runs convinientely each 15 minutes and takes 8 minutes to Studentenstadt.
There is also a good shopping possibility - 100m from the building there is Aldi.
If you want to do sports, Englischen Garten is only 500m away.
