Hallo!
Da ich vom 08.02.2014 bis zum 12.03.2014 ein Praktikum im Ausland absolvieren werde, vermiete ich in dieser Zeit meine wunderschöne, komplett neu möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Ich bin absolut ordentlich und Nichtraucherin.
In der Wohnung enthalten ist eine schöne Küchenzeile mit Ceranfeld und Waschmaschine. Das Bad ist mit Badewanne ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Zimmer ist mit Raustrennen ausgestattet, so dass eine gemütliche Schlafnische entsteht. Das Bett ist 120cm breit.
Die Wohnung liegt in Schwabing, direkt am Klinikum Schwabing, also perfekt z.B. für eine Famulatur am Schwabinger Krankenhaus. Die Münchner Freiheit und der Schießplatz sind mit dem Bus in 5min erreichbar. Die Haltestelle liegt nicht mal eine Gehminute entfernt. Supermärkte (Netto, Tengelmann, Lidl) und eine Apotheke sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Da ich selbst absolute Nichtraucherin bin, wünsche ich mir eine/einen Zwischenmieter der auch Nichtraucher ist oder am Balkon rauchen will.
WLAN ist im Preis inkl.
