Hi everyone,
this is a very cozy apartment with 42 square meters right next (2 minutes walk) to the famous English Garden with many attractions such as the popular beer gardens "Seehaus" or "Chinesischer Turm". Located at one of the exclusive streets in Munich, you can enjoy the silence after a stressful day. It is fully equipped and furniture.
Right in front of the building, there is a reasonable restaurant of the Allianz Gym with very delicious food (salads, pub food, pizza, fish & meat, etc).
You will find towels, cosmetics such as shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper in the bathroom.
In the kitchen, pots, pans, cuttleries, plates, etc. are free to use. You can find a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven there.
There is a hoover and cleaning agents for short stays.
You have also an iron and an ironing board in the flat.
For smokers, there is a big balcony where you can have a seat and relax.
I will meet you either at the apartment or at the underground station "Alte Heide" to show you the flat and to hand over / collect the keys.
I have wonderful neighbors who are very helpful and respectful.
The flat is 8 minutes away from the underground station "Alte Heide" (blue tube, U-6) by walk. At the underground station, you can find grocery stores such as Edeka and Aldi, a bakery and a pharmacy. With the underground U-6, you can mainly reach sightseeing places like "Münchener Freiheit" within 4 minutes, the city center "Odeonsplatz" or "Marienplatz" within 10 minutes without changing the tube. The Olympic Park with the famous BMW museum and BMW World is not far as well (15 minutes by tube). Furthermore, it only takes 7 minutes by tube to the LMU or 11 minutes to the TU in Garching-Hochbrück without changing as well.
It´s basically in Schwabing Nord, next to the English Garden in an exclusive area.
