Meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung (Kochniesche, separates Bad, Flur mit großen Einbauschrank) ist in Schwabing Haltestelle Nordfriedhof (8 Min. zum Marienplatz, 2 Min. Münchner Freiheit), die Wohnung kostet 450 Euro warm hat 25m^2 und einen kleinen Balkon (Erdgeschoss). Zum Englischen Garten sind es ca. 5-10 Min. zu Fuß und zur Ubahn unter einer Minute. Es gibt einen kleinen Keller und einen separaten Fahrradkeller. Eine Wasch- und Trockenmöglichkeit wird ebenfalls geboten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, da aber meine Freundin und ich zusammenziehen wollen suche ich etwas Größeres.
Kleine Fußnote zu den Bildern: Ich habe momentan ein 2,30x2,20 Bett, das ist natürlich rießig :-)
