Weil es ein Studentenwohnheim ist, muss man Student, Auszubildender, Praktikant oder Doktorand sein, um in die Wohnung einziehen zu können. Die Wohnung steht ab März frei, ich würde längerfristige Mieter bevorzugen. Außerdem wird eine Mietkaution erhoben, die man danach aber wieder zurückbekommt.
It is a very quiet apartment in a student residence with very pleasant neighbors . Because it is a student residence , you have to be a student , apprentice, intern or graduate student to move into the flat. The apartment is free from March , I would prefer longer term tenants . Die Wohnung liegt im Münchner Norden und liegt optimal, sowohl um in 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt an die LMU als auch nach Garching Forschungszentrum an die TUM zu fahren. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Ausläufer des Englischen Gartens.
The apartment is located in the north of Munich and is optimal, both to drive 15 minutes to the city center to the LMU and to Garching Research Center at TUM . Near the apartment there are shops and the foothills of the English Garden for going jogging or for a walk.
