Apartment
The apartment is small, but comfortable and relatively new with all furniture you need and a balcony as well.
Bus 181 to Studentenstadt stops right outside of the door. You can also walk for 15 minutes to the ubahn station Freimann. From Studentenstadt/Freimann the ubahn line U6 takes you fast to the city center or to Garching forschungszentrum.
10 minutes walking distance from the apartment is Englisher Garten. Outside of the apartment are is a grilling area with shared grills and a volleyball field. Aldi is 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment and Netto is 10 minutes away so shopping for groceries is very convenient. There is also a nice café across the street.
I need to find someone who can move in as soon as possible, so the first person who wants the apartment will get it. Write me a message if you are interested! :) I speak some german as well.
