Ich suche dringend und ab sofort einen Nachmieter für mein Studenten-Appartment im Josef-Wirth-Weg 21. Das Haus ist erst kürzlich errichtet worden und sehr modern, das 1-Zimmer-Appartement mit Küche und Bad sowie Balkon ist vollmöbliert und kann sofort übernommen werden.

Der Vertrag ist vorerst bis Ende März befristet, kann aber dann in Rücksprache mit dem Eigentümer verlängert werden. Eine kürzere Mietdauer wäre ebenfalls möglich, etwa für Praktikanten oder wer erst mal nur eine Starter-Wohnung in München sucht. Einzige Voraussetzung: der oder die MieterIn muss Student oder Auszubildender sein.

In der gesamten Anlage wohnen viele junge Menschen, es ist allerdings ruhig und ordentlich. Dafür sorgt auch ein Hausmeister vor Ort.

Lage:
Die Haltestelle U6 Studentenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten mit der Buslinie 181 erreichen, die direkt vor dem Gebäude hält.

In der Ablöse für 100 Euro sind unter anderem ein neues TV-Gerät, kleinere Einrichtungsgegenstände und Geschirr enthalten.

Die Gesamtmiete beträgt monatlich 570 Euro. Darin enthalten sind auch die Kosten für das W-Lan (20 Euro pro Monat). Dieser Vertrag kann ebenfalls übernommen werden.
