Die U-Bahn ist 3-4 Minuten ums Eck und man ist in 10 Minuten bei der Münchner Freiheit bzw. 15 Minuten am Marienplatz.
Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch aber dennoch zentral! Sehr schön für Studenten, Azubis, Doktoranden..usw.!
