A nice, new, and furnished student studio apartment is available for sub rent from 3.12 to 31.3.2021. Located in the student campuses area of Freimann Schwabing among Unity Alpha, Unity Beta, and others. Aldi and the Asian market are 10min on foot. Lidl and Dm are 20min away but easily connected by buses.
The apartment has its own kitchenette, bathroom, a spacious room, and a huge window overlooking the garden, so the room feels bright and tranquil. There is a common room on every floor with free wifi, a nice terrace, and a cooking area where you can meet other students and see the sunset from its balcony. Middle of the campus yard is a volleyball court and multiple sitting areas. The coined laundry room is on the ground floor.
The apartment is most suitable for TUM students studying on the Garching campus. As it's available from 3.12, the warm rent (all-inclusive) in December will be €550 and €590 for the other month.
Unfortunately, KVR registration is not available.
