Da ich Corona-bedingt aktuell im Homeoffice weile und nicht in München bin, würde ich gerne mein schönes 1 Zimmer Apartment im Norden Schwabings (Gunta-Stölzl-Straße) möbliert untervermieten.
Gesamtkosten (all-inclusive) mit Internet, Strom, Heizung und Co.: 850€ pro Monat.
Die Wohnung ist bis Ende April vermietet, ab dem 01.05. wäre die Wohnung also wieder frei. Zeitraum wäre 2-3 Monate, je nach Bedarf.
Kurz zur Wohnung:
Es handelt sich um eine schöne, moderne Wohnung (36qm² + Bad) mit Balkon, Küche, Waschmaschine und Aufzug im dritten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die gesamte Wohnung ist ein großer, offener Raum - eine Seite besteht aus einer bodentiefen Fensterfront in Richtung Balkon, die Wohnung ist daher sehr hell und angenehm.
Verkehrsanbindung: 2 Min Fußweg zur Tram-Haltestelle Anni-Albers-Straße, man ist also in knapp 15 Minuten an der Münchner Freiheit. 5 min Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle Gertrud-Grunow-Straße Richtung U-Bahn Studentenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Parkstadt-Center fußläufig erreichbar.
