I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment from August onwards. The location is pretty central. The apartment is furnished, the kitchen has an oven, stove tops, microwave, all cooking utensils , a toaster, a blender and a fridge. You would pretty much just need to move in. There is a washing machine and drier in the building next to mine with full access. The hbf is reachable in 10 mins by Ubahn (U2). Nearest bus stop is 2 mins away. All the furniture is pretty new and would need to be taken over along with the kitchen for 1000 euro as the apartment came without furniture or a kitchen. The furniture includes : lights, blinds, bed plus mattress (140:200), desk and chair, 2 additional seating chair, kitchen with all appliances, console for tv, book shelf, side tables and lamps.
Its possible that the first few months are a sublet before the permanent contract is issued but you dont need to worry as anmeldung is still possible and the furniture does not need to be taken over in the slight chance that you dont get the permanent contract.
