Helle 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit U-Bahn Station Nordfriedhof (U6) direkt vor der Tür
Einzug ist ab dem 6. Februar möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock. Das ist recht praktisch da man dadurch das dazugehörige Kellerabteil gut nutzen kann.
Das Wohnhaus ist ziemlich ruhigt. Eine Hausmeisterin ist auch immer erreichbar falls mal was kaputt ist.
Waschmaschinen sind im Haus vorhanden.
Die Möbel müssen für 800€ übernommen werden. Dazu gehört ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, 2 Küchenschränke, Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank, Balkonmöbel und ein mobiler Ofen.
Ich schlage euch als potientielle Mieter beim Vermieter vor. Wenn alle gängigen Unterlagen vorhanden sind sollte das alles gut klappen.
Die Lage ist top. U6 Haltestelle Nordfriedhof liegt direkt vor der Tür.
Man ist in 10 min an der LMU, in 15 Minuten am Marienplatz.
Münchner Freiheit ist auch in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
5 Minuten entfernt ist ein Edeka, 10 Minuten entfernt gibts auch noch einen Aldi und größeren Edeka.
Direkt Gegenüber der Wohnung ist eine Tankstelle, das kann Sonntags und Abends mal ganz hilfreich sein.
Für bisschen Entspannung ist man auch in 10 Minuten im Englischen Garten.
