Ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung, 30 m2, in Schwabing-Nord ab 01.02. für 6 Monate unter - danach besteht die Möglichkeit zur Übernahme der Wohnung. Ich habe die Wohnung letzen Monat komplett renoviert übernommen - Bad, Fußboden, Wandfarbe etc. ist neu. Leider haben sich meine Pläne kurzfristig geändert…
Die Wohnung ist Teilmöbliert (neues Boxspringbett, neues Sofa), auch einen sehr großen, sehr schönen Kleiderschrank könnte ich zur Verfügung stellen (der ist jedoch noch nicht aufgebaut, was du übernehmen müsstest). WLAN gibt es auch schon.
Die Wohnung liegt in Milbertshofen /Schwabing-Nord und man benötigt zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten zur U-Bahnhaltestelle (die U2 braucht von dort nur 12 min bis zum HBF).
In direkter Nähe befinden sich Netto, Rossmann, Lidl, Tengelmann, Rewe :-)
Der einzige Haken: es ist noch keine Küche drinnen. Da gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten: entweder brauchst du keine und nutzt den kleinen Raum als Abstellkammer oder du kannst dich drum kümmern und wir teilen uns die Kosten auf. :-)
